ClockAssist processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
Our website and/or service do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without permission, please contact us at info@clockassist.com, and we will delete this information.

Purpose and Basis for Processing Personal Data
ClockAssist processes your personal data for the following purposes:
to provide you with the opportunity to create an account
to track your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the offering of products and services to your preferences.

Automated Decision Making
ClockAssist does not make decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems without the involvement of a human (such as a ClockAssist employee).

How Long We Retain Personal Data
ClockAssist does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, unless the law prescribes otherwise or obliges us to retain personal data for longer.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
ClockAssist does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. ClockAssist remains responsible for these processing operations.

These cookies are also used to make the website work properly and to optimize it. In addition, we place cookies that track your browsing behavior so that we can offer tailor-made content and advertisements.

During your first visit to our website, we informed you about these cookies and asked for your permission to place them.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization you have named.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@clockassist.com.
